If you are enrolling  student who did not attend a DeKalb County school last year please click the link below to enroll them for the current or upcoming school year.

Registration Process
New Student
If the student was not a DeKalb County student within the last school year, please visit the following website and follow the guidelines of NEW STUDENT:
New Students

The following documents are required to complete the application process:
  •  An official document showing proof of birth date (birth certificate, certified birth record, official transcript).
  • **Must be age 5 by September 1st to start kindergarten.**
  • Current proof of residency (mortgage, lease, or utility bill showing name of parent/guardian and current address)
  • Valid Georgia Certificate of Immunization (GA Form #3231)
  • Evidence of Vision, Hearing, Dental, and Nutrition Screening (GA Form #3300-Rev. 2013)
  • Valid government-issued photo ID of the adult (parent or legal guardian) registering the child (drivers license, military ID, passport)
  • Child’s social security card/number (or you may sign a waiver)
  • Most recent report card or official school transcript (current K-12 student)
  • Most recent discipline records from previous school (students enrolling in grades 1-12)
  • Withdrawal documents from previous school (current K-12 student)

Current Student 
If the student was a student at the current school and is returning to the same school this year, please visit the following website and follow the guidelines of CURRENTLY ENROLLED Students:

  • Parent/Guardian must have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal account to verify/update their student(s) information.
  • Parents/guardians who do not already have a portal account should visit   Infinite Campus for instructions.

Transfer Student
  • If the student is transferring from another DeKalb County School, parents/guardians should complete annual verification before withdrawal from previous DeKalb County school.
    Transfer students should not complete a registration application, i.e. new student registration unless they have withdrawn from previous DeKalb County school before completing the annual verification.
  • Parents/Guardians must email Ms. Jarboe ([email protected])  to begin the enrollment process. Proof of residence(current lease/mortgage/utility bill)  and copy of  drivers license must along with withdrawal documentation are required to complete the student transfer process.

Withdrawal Process
Parent/Guardian must send an email to Ms. Jarboe ([email protected]) stating they are requesting a withdrawal. Included in the email must be the name of student, a copy of parent/guardian's drivers license, the name of the school the student is going to.
 
Transcript/ Education Verification Request
Parent/Guardian must send an email to Ms. Jarboe ([email protected]) stating what they are requesting. Included in the email must be the name of student, and a copy of parent/guardian's drivers license.
